The Orchestra is music, but for it to be played, in addition to needing musicians and conductor, it is essential to implicate a well coordinated human team, off stage, that manages subscriptions, contracts artists and concert halls, organises scores, archives and documentation, administration, activities in the headquarters, relations with other orchestras, agents, mounting stages and instruments, personnel management, coordinates rehearsals and concerts, recordings, organises trips, artist care, relations with the media, produces texts, etc.
